Applications are invited on a plain paper (along with copies of educational qualifications) from eligible candidates for selection of One Project Assistant under DBT sponsored project entitled “Identification and molecular characterization of a new virus causing severe mosaic disease in melons (Cucumis melo)”, sanctioned to Dr. Gopinath Kodetham, Department of Plant Sciences, University of Hyderabad. Hyderabad.

Emoluments of  the Positions	Project Assistants (1) = Rs. 8,000 Fixed
Qualifications	Project Assistants : M. Sc/Integrated M. Sc in Microbiology/Virology and Biotechnology
Duration	Appointments are made for a period of one year and can be extended Until the duration of the project i.e., for a period of 2 ½ years.

Short-listed candidates would be called for a personal interview at School of Life Sciences, University of Hyderabad, Near Gachibowli, Hyderabad 500 046. Only candidates who would fit into objectives of the projects would be called for interview.
