SOUTH EAST CENTRAL RAILWAY
Applications are invited from eligible sports persons in the prescribed format (Annexure-I) for filling up the following posts:
1) Basketball (Men)
2) Basketball (Women)
3) Power lifting (Women)
Pay Scale:- Rs. 5200-20200 + GP-2800/2400
Age:- 18 to 25 years
Last Date:- 17/12/2012
Educational Qualification:- (a) A pass in 1st year of B.Sc. (Physics) OR (b) a pass in 10+2 stage in Higher Secondary in Science i.e. Maths or Physics. OR (c) Matriculation or its equivalent with 80 words per minute in Shorthand (English) for a duration of 10 minutes which will be transcribed in typing in 65 minutes OR (d) Matriculation or its equivalent with 80 words per minute in Shorthand (Hindi) for a duration of 10 minutes which will be transcribed in typing in 75 minutes.
Minimum sports norms for recruitment:- Represented the Country in Olympic Games (Category-A) OR At least 3rd position in any of the Category-B Championships/events, except Gold Medal in Asian Games.
