of the Central Govt./State Govt,Central/State Autonomous Bodies/Public
Sector Undertakings. (a) (i) Holding analogous post on a regular basis,
or (ii) with 5 years’ regular in working accounts in post carrying the
pay scale of PB-1 of Rs. 5200-20200 +2800 GP (b) Possessing thorough
knowledge of administration and financial Rules & regulations,
budgeting, budgetary control and procedures of the Central Govt.
