Job Description:- Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR), offering submission for the vacancy of Research Assistant:

Eligibility: Education, experience and technical skills: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fields such in economics, forestry or natural resources management, etc. Master’s degree is an advantage. Demonstrated analytical skill. Knowledge of climate change and REDD issues is an advantage. Good written and spoken English. Strong computer skills in database, word processing and other relevant office applications. Knowledge of analytical software is an advantage.

Personal attributes and competencies: Experienced in personal organisation and priority setting with the ability to work effectively under time pressures and manage multiple priorities. Have initiative and is capable of working independently as well as an effective team player. Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with people in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment.
