Age Limit: 20 to 32 Years as on 1st October, 2013. The upper age limit shall be relaxed by 05 years in case of S.T/S.C/S.E.B.C/Women candidates & 10 years for P.H candidates and age are relaxation for Ex-Servicemen will be given as per Resolution No. 22586 dt. 16.10.1985 of G.A Deptt.
Educational Qualifications:
Junior Stenographer - He / She must be able to speak, read and write Odia as language subject. He / She must have passed Matriculation or equivalent examination. He / She must be have passed the M.E. School Examination with Odia as language subject / passed matriculation or equitant examination with Odia as the medium of examination in non-language subjects. Passed in Odia in M.E School standard conducted by the Education Department. Must have knowledge and shall qualify in basic computer skill test. He / She possess a minimum speed of 80 words per minuets in short hand.
Junior Clerk - He / She must be able to speak, read and write Odia as language subject. He / She must have passed Matriculation or equivalent Examination conducted by Board of Secondary Education, Odisha or any other recognized Board. He / She must have passed the M.E. School Examination with Odia as language subject or passed matriculation or equitant examination with Odia as the medium of examination in non-language subjects. Passed Odia in the final examination of Class - VII or above passed a test in Odia in M.E School standard conducted by the Education Department. Must have knowledge and shall qualify in basic computer skill test.
Examination Fee: Rs. 100/- only for the post of Junior Stenographer / Junior Clerk in favour of Collector, Cuttack payable at S.B.I, Cuttack, Main Brach, Cuttack. The candidates belonging to SC/ST and PH category are exempted from paying the examination fees.
How To Apply: Application on the prescribed format. Completed application duly filled in by the applicant in his/her own hand writing along with required documents shall be submitted in the Envelope super scribed "Application for the post of (Write Junior Clerk / Junior Stenographer) in the address of "Collector, Cuttack" through Registered Post / Speed post only. The last date for receipt of application is 26/11/2013 by 5.00 P.M.
