 Educational Requirements: Any Post-Graduation with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Bachelors degree with minimum of 5 years relevant experience may also be considered. Should have prior experience of at least 6 months leading a team of 3 people or more. The successful candidate should have at least one of the following additional requirement: i. Should have experience in computer & network security management and ethical hacking. ii. Extensive experience in management of projects and activities such as planning, organizing, directing, recruiting, budgeting and general administration of the project. Specialized experience and skills in handling Administration/ Logistics Management/ Human Resource Management/ Accounts/ Public Relations required. iii. The selected person will assist state level and college level training coordinators to effectively organise Spoken Tutorial based software training workshops in various educational institutions by being prompt and helpful. The work is done over phone, e-mail and at times personal visits, hence communication skills both verbal and written must be excellent. The candidate must be outgoing and comfortable to interact with people in academics.
